Is a deposit required ?
No deposit is needed.
Is there a cancellation fee ?
Sometimes unforeseen things happen. In case you have to cancel an appointment, we can simply rearrange for another date. Should you not need our services anymore at all, we ask for a modest cancellation fee in the form of our hourly rate (12£) provided reasonable notice is given.
Is VAT included in your prices ?
We are not VAT registered and won’t charge you VAT.
Are there any hidden costs ?
We are trying to keep our pricing as transparent as possible. That’s why we charge a convenient hourly rate.
